Unexpected Varietals from Alexander Valley
with Mercury Wine
Spend the morning with Brad Beard- owner/winemaker of Mercury Wine. Upon arrival, Brad will greet participants with his Mercury Sparkling Brut Rosé to enjoy a short walk up to a private hilltop setting overlooking Geyserville and Alexander Valley. Once there, Brad will pour and discuss three unusual varietals he grows to make some of his most unique wines. These include 2017 Mercurio Tempranillo, 2018 Freddie Cuvee GSM blend, and 2018 Element Mourvèdre; these are lesser known but equally delicious Alexander Valley wines. Unexpected, but fantastic! Charcuterie and cheeses will be served throughout the discussion and immediately following, Brad will host a delicious, locally sourced picnic-style lunch with a full selection of Mercury wines.

Vegetarian Pairings for Cabernet

Guests will enjoy a wide variety of vegetarian dishes paired with an equally wide variety of Hawkes wines.
