• Sonoma County Wine Tasting Alexander Valley Best Wineries

Dear Friends of the Alexander Valley,

Due to current circumstances, and to help maintain the health and wellbeing of our loyal fans and employees, we find it necessary to cancel our popular event, Experience Alexander Valley, again for 2021. Rest assured, as soon as we can safely hold public events; we will do so. And, if you’re on our subscriber list, you will be amongst the first to know. You can join our mailing list at the bottom of this page. Nobody is more eager to have you back, filling our tasting rooms and rubbing shoulders with our winemakers than we are!

We do have high hopes to offer Experience Alexander Valley again in 2022. Please stay tuned for announcements early next year. In the meantime, there are several ways you can still support your favorite winemakers in the Alexander Valley and even discover some new favorites along the way, and they are:

  • Come for a Visit! Our wineries are currently open, serving outdoors, and practicing very safe protocols. Most of the wineries require reservations, so do try to call in advance. Visitors are so anxious to explore the valley; tasting rooms are filling up on weekends. You can discover our wineries and their contact information here: https://alexandervalley.org/winery-members/
  • Join in on a Virtual Tasting Experience of one or several of your favorite wineries. Most wineries offer either public virtual tastings or private virtual tastings you can enjoy from your home. Private virtual tastings allow you to gather friends and family, and a tasting guide will make a special reservation just for you.
  • Join the Alexander Valley Winegrowers virtual tasting series – A Chef’s Journey Through Alexander Valley. A World-Class Food & Wine Tasting Adventure. Our Spring 2021 Virtual Tasting Series is happening now, every Thursday through April 1st at 5PM. You can learn all about it here: https://alexandervalley.org/virtual-tastings-spring-2021/  After this series is over, the recordings will be listed on our “Events Page” for you to enjoy at any time. We also post these episodes LIVE on Facebook. You can always enjoy them on our FB Page whenever it’s convenient for you, especially if you’ve missed a few episodes and you want to catch up. https://www.facebook.com/AlexanderValleyWine
